For more than 10 years, TMW has considered hydric stress as a key challenge for the 21st century. If Sub saharian Africa, Persic Gulf countries are immediately identified as areas under a strong water stress, other developed countries such as Ausralia, California are, or wil be equally concerned in the near future.
