In 2014, our teams innovate with the elaboration of the Territorial Energy Climate Plan (PCET) of the State of Minas Gerais (MG). Unique and pioneering international experience, the project helped to support this area of 20 million of inhabitants and 588 000km2 in the implementation of an ambitious development policy planning against the Climate Change. Model of North-South cooperation initiated by the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Region twinned with the MG and bringing together experts from higher levels, the methodological tools of the PCET (including the Bilan Carbone®) have been adapted to Brazilian specificities with the support of the ADEME.
