Activities
Independent consulting and engineering company, IED has been committed since its creation in 1988 to providing sustainable electrical services. It is involved in both studies and the construction of infrastructures: distribution networks and renewable energy production units. Historically respectful of the sustainable environment, IED is careful to provide appropriate technical solutions to the needs of populations while remaining concerned about the social and economic adequacy of the services provided locally.
Its expertise, anchored in local realities by a continuous presence in more than forty countries through subsidiaries, project offices and partners, is constantly updated through active participation in numerous international networks.
IED acts on behalf of public clients (Power companies, Ministries, Rural Electrification Agencies), international financial institutions and private investors.
