Activities

The building generates more than 46 million tonnes of waste per year, including 15 million for new construction. At the scale of the individual house, it is more than 2.5 tons – or between 15 and 20m3 – of waste produced by construction site. This waste poses neighborhood problems, generates friction between the various trades, ends up piling up and, for the most part, ends up buried or incinerated. In addition, due to the lack of suitable solutions for craftsmen, we are seeing an increase in illegal dumps, but also a significant influx of professionals into public waste collection centers. Our project aims to deploy and market an innovative solution for sorting and recycling 14 material flows, in order to achieve a 90% recycling rate for construction waste, and to halve landfill quotas by 2025, and become a benchmark in source sorting, traceability and recycling of construction waste. Thanks to our innovative source sorting solution for a wide variety of materials, waste is no longer buried, incinerated or abandoned. in landfills, but once again become resources since they are recovered, reused or recycled within local sectors. We allow building stakeholders to meet the regulatory requirements imposed by the AGEC law by guaranteeing perfect traceability of waste. We provide a waste tracking slip at the end of each collection as well as a recycling certificate at the end of the work.

We offer our services to around a hundred clients in France: builders of individual houses, developers, real estate developers, public works companies and also work on renovation and deconstruction sites. Our innovation translates into “1 type of waste = 1 specific container” in order to sort waste at the source, directly on site. Indeed, once mixed, the waste degrades with each other and is no longer recyclable. We offer solutions outdoors for structural work and indoors (to avoid deterioration of materials by moisture) for finishing work. Thus, waste, reused or recycled locally, once again becomes a resource.
